We will be EXPLORING THE POWER OF THIS NEW MOON, PLANTING NEW SEEDS AND EMBRACING THE IMMENSE POWER AND GRACE OF THE NEW MOON ECLIPSE, to create all that we seek to manifest in the world…

A Workshop in Developing your Intuitive Skills and Inner Gifts

Intuition is one of the greatest gifts we are offered by the Divine and developing our skills and refining our art is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Intuition is available to us ALL…and will speak to us in many ways.

This Friday evening yoga workshop will give you the time and space to connect, feel, intuit and enhance your intuition through the practice of yoga and access the signs, messages and clues in your body, cultivating your intuitive abilities. Through intentional yoga asana aimed at enhancing intuition, pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation, and powerful tools and modalities you will learn to awaken, heighten and trust your intuitive abilities. There will also be a forum to answer any questions you may have and a portion of the workshop will address exploring our Life Path and Purpose (Dharma). This will be a wonderful workshop for teachers of all kinds, those in the creative and healing arts, beginners who are open to learning about intuition, or for those that are refining their skills and gifts. A 7 week yoga course exploring yoga through the wonderfully rich and deep terrain of chakra, nadis and energetic body.
Through the practice of asana, pranayama, meditations, relaxation and completing each practice with the truly powerful practice of (JAPA) repetition of mantra.
Each Japa will be connected to the particular chakra that we are working on and will create shifts in your being from the inside out… Be prepared for powerful shifts energetically!

In this illuminating workshop… We will be working at exploring ways to heighten our SIXTH SENSE and expand our state of Consciousness to a broader HIGHER realm …Beyond the physical …Beyond our 5 senses. I will be introducing new exciting ways to find the INNER LIGHT and GUIDE that illuminates our Spiritual path, particularly when we find ourselves in darkness or shadow. Owning our own “shadow” is one of the most powerful and liberating things that we can do to propel us into the Light, and this workshop will explore the means to do this!
A portion of the workshop will be exploring our Yoga practice with a blindfold on.
If you have never practiced in this way before, it is an extraordinarily powerful means of tapping into our extrasensory gifts. Through intentional yoga asana aimed at heightening intuition, Pranayama aimed at enhancing our Pranic bodies, meditation aimed at Lighting the Inner Body and Expanding the HEART, deep restful relaxation, poetic insights, and powerful Kriya practices, you will learn to awaken, heighten and trust your INNER GUIDE in a way that will never leave you lost.
